Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload products from trucks and trailers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the freezer and cool storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after receiving on-site certification.
- Perform inventory checks and verify stock accuracy against packing slips.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and organizing shipments for distribution.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (freezer temperatures).
- Physically fit and able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
