Job Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in our state-of-the-art cold storage facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our inventory is handled safely and efficiently in a controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from designated storage areas safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to strict cold storage protocols.
- Perform inventory checks, stock replenishment, and accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and preparation of goods for shipping.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, as trained.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures consistently below 40°F).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid state ID and ability to pass a standard background check.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
