Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organization within the cold storage area.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage in cold environments.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a smooth operation.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a cold environment.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory checks.
