Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely within the temperature-controlled warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Monitor storage areas to ensure products are kept at the correct temperature and quality standards.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of workstations and aisles.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a cold environment (temperatures ranging from 10°F to 35°F).
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long shifts.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to learn new machinery and safety procedures.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
