Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve merchandise from storage areas and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify accuracy of inventory counts and update stock systems in real-time.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure all customer orders are assembled, labeled, and staged for courier pickup according to strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections of picking equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to maximize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work weekends or overtime as required.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting.
- Availability: Must be able to work a full-time schedule.
