Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct thorough pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Stock inventory accurately and maintain organized storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment.
- Perform basic data entry and scanning tasks using warehouse management software.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Must be able to provide license or pass certification test).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- 1+ years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
