Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated and frozen products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management system
- Adhere to strict temperature control and food safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety guidelines
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team to maintain efficient workflow
- Participate in ongoing safety and operational training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in refrigerated environment (32-40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to obtain required forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce Street facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
