Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload shipments.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization within the temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of goods before shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage aisles.
- Assist in the receiving and checking of incoming freight against packing slips.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold storage environments (temperatures may drop below 40°F).
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read basic reports.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo on-site safety training and forklift certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
