Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the cold storage facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock rotation (FIFO).
- Monitor temperature logs and report any deviations to facility managers immediately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance, including sweeping and organizing aisles.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below freezing) for extended periods.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
