Responsibilities
- Safely load/unrefrigerated goods using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Monitor warehouse temperature and humidity levels
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming/outgoing perishables
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols
- Coordinate with remote logistics team for shipment scheduling
- Operate cold storage equipment in -10°F to 40°F environments
Qualifications
- 6+ months cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with WMS systems a plus
