Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per safety protocols
- Collaborate with remote team members using digital tracking systems
- Process returns and damaged goods following company guidelines
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn digital tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Reliable transportation to Boston facility (2x weekly)
