Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- Sort, organize, and store incoming stock to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
