Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring in refrigerated/freezer units
- Safely load/unload perishable products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols (HACCP compliance)
- Operate warehouse equipment and perform routine maintenance checks
- Inventory management and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Document temperature logs and quality control reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to train)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
