Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated facilities
- Monitor inventory using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety standards
- Load/unload trucks with temperature-sensitive products
- Perform preventive maintenance on cold storage equipment
- Document temperature logs and quality control reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
