Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with temperature-sensitive products
- Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform facility sanitation and preventive maintenance
- Monitor temperature controls and report discrepancies
- Train on new warehouse technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Stamina to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Pass background check and drug screening
