Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers with speed and accuracy, ensuring product safety.
- Organize, stock, and rotate inventory within freezer and cooler storage units.
- Maintain accurate temperature logs and report any equipment issues to management.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) safely when certified.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (freezer/cold storage) for extended shifts.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Basic math skills for inventory and counting tasks.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
