Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select items from inventory shelves and prepare them for shipment using our warehouse management system.
- RF Scanner Operation: Utilize handheld radio frequency scanners to track inventory and update stock levels in real-time.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Truck Loading: Load pallets and boxes onto delivery trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Inventory Accuracy: Assist in cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld devices and basic software interfaces.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a history of consistent attendance.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other warehouse staff and supervisors.
