Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in cold storage zones
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize inventory rotation (FIFO) and conduct stock counts
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Operate warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team for efficient order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F refrigerated environments
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
