Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient loading/unloading of refrigerated trucks
- Implement strict FIFO inventory rotation and quality control protocols
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards for cold stress and chemical handling
- Conduct routine sanitation and facility maintenance checks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience required
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in sub-zero temperatures
- Basic inventory management software proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
