Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality compliance
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Inventory management and stock rotation using RF scanners
- Sanitize equipment and facility per USDA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0°F to -20°F)
- Basic math and inventory skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
