Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain proper temperature documentation
- Organize and rotate inventory in cold storage units (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Sanitize equipment and maintain HACCP compliance standards
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for timely product movement
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in all cold storage zones
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Attention to detail for product rotation and quality control
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
