What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled, sorted, and staged for timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks safely in accordance with OSHA safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow pick tickets and safety instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
