Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment safely
- Inspect and record inventory using digital systems
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of storage areas
- Load/unload trucks following HACCP protocols
- Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Strong attention to detail in temperature monitoring
