Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely within the cold storage facility and loading docks.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
- Perform accurate inventory checks and stock organization in sub-zero temperatures.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage aisles and workspaces.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (-10°F to 40°F).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already held.
