Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory according to FIFO protocols
- Conduct quality checks and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety standards
- Assist with deep cleaning and sanitation of storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
- Ability to work in environments as low as -10°F (winter gear provided)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Ahui Street facility
