Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (provided) to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and locations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure product integrity during storage and handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a basic drug screen (background check waiver available for qualified applicants).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
