Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately using provided equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and labeling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
