Responsibilities
- Safely unload/load refrigerated trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Operate temperature-controlled storage facilities (-10°F to 40°F)
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to the facility
