Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated warehouses (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers while maintaining temperature integrity
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Monitor and record temperature logs for regulatory compliance
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to shift-based locations
