Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Prepare items for shipment by properly wrapping, labeling, and boxing products.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to comply with safety regulations.
- Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with the team lead immediately.
- Load and unload delivery trucks with care to prevent damage to goods.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse experience is required; we train all candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move around the warehouse constantly.
