Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise using handheld scanners and RF guns according to pick lists.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, wrapped, and staged for shipment to maintain high accuracy rates.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided) to move heavy inventory safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality and defects before packing to prevent shipping errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and operational goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
