Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to 5S principles.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.
