Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to process inbound and outbound freight efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and verify shipping documentation for accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to optimize daily workflows and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred; we provide paid training for motivated candidates.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliability: Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a history of reliable attendance.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
