Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and adheres to strict safety protocols at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to track incoming and outgoing goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and counting.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
