Responsibilities
- <li>Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.</li>
- <li>Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.</li>
- <li>Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.</li>
- <li>Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of frozen or refrigerated goods.</li>
- <li>Keep the warehouse organized and ensure aisles are clear of debris.</li>
- <li>Operate RF scanners and handheld devices for inventory tracking.</li>
- <li>Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.</li>
Qualifications
- <li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>
- <li>Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or cold storage environment is a plus.</li>
- <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.</li>
- <li>Comfortable working in extreme cold temperatures (freezer and cooler zones).</li>
- <li>Basic math skills for inventory counting.</li>
- <li>Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.</li>
- <li>Strong work ethic and reliability.</li>
