Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and specific packaging guidelines.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and conditions against packing slips and digital manifests.
- Properly label, seal, and stack packages to ensure safe transport and compliance with shipping standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in regular inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent basic math skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
