Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and pallets efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain temperature controls within cold storage units to ensure product quality.
- Perform regular inventory checks and stock organization to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Inspect products for damage or spoilage before and during storage.
- Document daily activities and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below 35°F).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Toledo facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
