Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management software.
- Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Inventory Accuracy: Verify stock levels and ensure proper tagging and packaging of items to prevent errors.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations organized and clean to facilitate efficient workflow and safety.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including nights and weekends.
