Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to prevent accidents.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily operational targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline warehouse workflows and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions while on the loading dock.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
