Your Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Organize inventory in designated zones to ensure maximum space utilization.
- Conduct daily quality checks to verify order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
