Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and efficiency.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely manner to maintain production schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding equipment operation.
- Inspect forklift equipment for damage or malfunctions before use and report maintenance needs.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must possess valid license/certification).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
