Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping duties with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using proper material handling equipment.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and ensuring proper SKU labeling.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard background check (or no background check required).
- Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning, inventory management, and scanning.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a short safety orientation and drug screening.
