Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products onto pallets, shelves, or racks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all labels, barcodes, and documentation are accurate.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure no damage occurred during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by sweeping, mopping, and organizing work areas.
- Conduct regular safety checks on all equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
