Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards in the warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Inspect products for quality and prepare them for shipment
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Valid state ID (no background check needed)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
