Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in temperature-controlled environments
- Monitor and maintain proper storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F) for perishable goods
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and warehouse equipment
- Perform quality checks and document inventory movements using digital systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and HACCP standards for food handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth industrial areas
- Willingness to work in cold environments (winter jackets provided)
