Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and pallets following company protocols and safety standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and internal safety policies
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain OSHA forklift certification (training provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurements
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures
- Reliable transportation to our South Boston facility
