Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Perform daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Keep work areas clean and organized at all times
Qualifications
- No forklift experience required! We provide full paid training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid)
