Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and warehouse management systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate material handling equipment with precision and care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
