Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to maximize warehouse flow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory management.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
