Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure the safe and accurate handling of inventory, including pallets, skids, and heavy crates.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Operator Certification (we provide training for qualified applicants).
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory checks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
